# What happens if I can't see any scenes in the Root Cause Session?

## Sometimes at the start of the program, the conscious mind is very active and it almost seems like the information you seek is being blocked.

The more you practice listening to the audios daily, you will find you settle more easily into the root cause sessions. You can also listen to these audios more than once. 

Rather than looking for specific visual scenes, it can sometimes help to focus on feelings and sensations that may arise for you.
