Want to make a complaint?

Whilst we hope you never need to use this service, we understand that things can go wrong from time to time.

If you feel that you need to bring a complaint to our attention, please contact us here

We will deal with any concerns that you have in a timely and professional manner.

If you want to make a complaint about a therapist or practitioner:

1. Please note that we do not offer therapy services through the RTT® school.

2. All therapists and practitioners use RTT® within their businesses and are responsible for their own standards and ethics.

3. All complaints should be directed to the therapist or practitioner as individual business owners.

4. The RTT® training school is responsible for training in the method and educating on the scope of practice and ethics of the method only.

5. Results cannot be guaranteed, and any complaints should highlight where the therapist or practitioner failed to uphold their contractual and ethical agreements.

6. If a serious breach has occurred that may endanger public safety, please report directly to your local law enforcement or government department for safeguarding purposes.

7. For complaints related to false advertising, report to your local consumer protection bodies or advertising standards agencies.

All our students and graduates have access to the standards of practice we require and uphold. You can find graduates who continue their professional development and association with us at https://professionals.rtt.com.

If the individual is listed on that register, and you can provide evidence of malpractice, we reserve the right to remove them from the listing. In cases of criminal activity or incidents that jeopardise public safety, we may also revoke their qualification and prohibit the use of our trademarks within their practice.

Please note that we have trained thousands of therapists and practitioners, individuals who have a deep sense of service and wish to help others. They like you are human and can make mistakes, so we encourage you to work with them directly to resolve any challenges.

Should you feel it is important to raise a formal complaint to us then please email support@marisapeer.com with evidence that supports your claim and should the complaint fall within our scope of responsibility then this will be passed to our compliance and legal team for review.
