Reschedule or cancel my appointment with an adviser

We understand things can happen and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment about Marisa's training with an adviser. 

You can do this via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking as indicated below:

Rescheduling my appointment

Select to reschedule your appointment and choose a new date and or time.

After choosing a new appointment, you'll receive a new confirmation email.

Cancelling my appointment

Simply add a reason for the cancellation and select Cancel the booking.

A confirmation of your cancellation will appear on screen.

Did this in error or changed your mind and want to re-book? Please click here to select a new appointment.
