Introduction
Within the Introduction tab, you should watch Welcome From Marisa, then move onto How This Course Works which will explain how to navigate each module.
Confident Coach Hackbook
You can find your Hackbook in the Introduction tab which can also be downloaded. To do this, click the link in the Downloads section.
Modules
There are 10 modules included as well as a bonus module containing Marisa’s Installing The Cheerleader program.
Marisa has designed the course in a specific way. Therefore we recommend completing each module in order. It’s important not to skip past sections or jump to one that you want to complete first. Be sure to complete each section of the module in the order that they appear.
Introduction videos within each module
Each module contains a video from Marisa that you should watch first.
There is the option to listen to the audio version only if you prefer. This can be found below the video.
Self-hypnosis Audios
Each module contains a self-hypnosis audio which you should listen to every day for at least 21 days in a row before moving onto the next module.
You can find the self-hypnosis audios on the menu to the left.
Transcripts
There are also transcripts available for the Introductions videos/audios.
Moving on to the next module
When you have listened to your self-hypnosis audio for at least 21 days in a row and completed your Hackbook activities, you can move onto the next module.
Ensure you click Mark as Complete on all sections of the module before moving on.
