How to reset or update my Kajabi password
We understand how frustrating it can be when you've lost your login details and can't access your audios. These instructions will help you get back into your library.
First, head to the login page of your Kajabi library here.
Click 'Forgot your password?' at the bottom of the page and you will be sent an email from Kajabi with a new temporary password.
Once you have received the email, click on the link emailed to you from Kajabi and follow the instructions. (Your email address will be the one you used to purchase your audio/ program).
It's not accepting my new password
- This can happen if your device is remembering a previously saved password. Make sure you delete any saved passwords for your Kajabi from your device before trying the new password.
- The new password reminder, for security reasons is only valid for 6 hours. If it has expired, just request a new one by following the steps above.
I didn't receive a new password after requesting one?
- If you have not received an email, please check your spam and junk folders.
- Please be aware that reset links are only valid for 6 hours. If yours has expired, you can just request another by repeating the instructions above.

How do I update my password in Kajabi?
Once you have logged into your Kajabi library, you can change the password at any time
(please just make sure you update any saved passwords in your device to the new password you choose).
Step 1
Log into your Kajabi library https://marisapeer.mykajabi.com/login.
Step 2
Access the settings menu from your profile. This can be done by clicking on the drop down arrow beside your profile icon.
Step 3
Scroll down to the password section as shown below. From here, you will be able to manually update your password.
Step 4
Once updated, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to save your new password - you must do this to complete the change.
