What happens after I purchase?
Once you purchase one of Marisa's audios, we will automatically add it to your Kajabi library for you to enjoy. You will also receive a notification via email from Kajabi confirming that it has been added.
If you purchase any more audios, they will automatically be added to your library. Please give it a few minutes and then check to see the audio appear.
Please note, if you have purchased many of Marisa's products and you are accessing your library via a desktop device, the list of products in your library may be across more than 1 page. Head to the bottom of the screen to move to the next page, using the Next button as shown below.
How do I log in to Kajabi?

Your email address will be the one you used to purchase your audio/program.
If you have an existing library, you can simply log in with your saved password. If you are a new customer, you should have received emails from Kajabi with a temporary password.

I've logged in and my product is not in my library?
If you have purchased a number of products, there could be more than one page in your Kajabi library. Please check if your new audio is on page 2 or onwards.
Do bear in mind that your Kajabi library will create under the same email address you used to complete your purchase. If you have an existing library under one email address, and used a different email address for your newest purchase, this will result in two separate Kajabi libraries.
