I've been emailed a receipt but don't know how to access my purchase 

If you have received a receipt for your payment but have not yet had your login details, please click here for instructions on how to access your purchase. 

I haven't received an email confirmation of my order or receipt 

If you have not received a receipt for your purchase or are unable to locate it, please contact us at support@marisapeer.com. Please include the following information in your email: 

  • The name of the product(s) you purchased. 
  • Confirmation of purchase (e.g. a screenshot of your card statement showing the purchase). 
  • Any email addresses you have (as you may have inadvertently used a different email to purchase).
