Accessing all of the Six Emotional Eating Types modules

It's important to us that you can see all of your modules, so these instructions will help you find them in your library.

From a computer

  • If you are accessing from a computer, you should see your available modules towards the top of your screen and the material is located on the left side.

From a smartphone or tablet 

  • If you are using your phone or tablet, you will have to click on the menu button to access the additional content of the course:

Where are the transcripts? 

  • The transcripts to the audios are contained within the hypnosis audios. You need to click on them and you'll have the option to download the hypnosis and/or the transcript. 

Where is the regression? 

  • The regression for each eating type is located above the hypnosis audio.
